Hub: Your Work Organised
One page for each project: its files and links, Claude sessions, tasks, notes, meetings, emails and the time you spend on it. For the Mac.
Coming soon to the Mac App Store
Files and links where they are
Drag files, folders and web links onto a project's page. Hub links to them in place; it does not move or copy your files.
Tasks, notes, meetings and a log
Each project keeps its next step, its tasks and sub-tasks, notes, meetings (including calendar invitations) and a dated log of what was done.
Emails
Drag emails in from Mail or Outlook, or download them from Gmail; Hub keeps a copy in a folder you choose.
Time
A focus clock, a timer for each project and a record of the time spent.
Claude
If you use the Claude app or Claude Code, Hub lists the sessions run in a project's folder and can start a new one with a short briefing about the project.
On your Mac
Each project is one small file on your Mac. Hub has no account, no adverts and no analytics, and it does not send your projects anywhere.

The projects, names and files in these pictures are made up.
